Founded by our father, Saliba Hanhan in 1989, The Original Jerusalem Market in Sedgefield has been offering loyal customers the best Middle Eastern food and market specialties for nearly three decades. My brother Omar and I grew up in the shop and have been working along-side our father for years, with our expertise, knowledge and passion for the food of our heritage always increasing. When customers started asking for more prepared foods and a place to enjoy them onsite, we decided the time was right for the next generation to grow our family business. So began Jerusalem Market on Elm, a full service restaurant in the heart of Downtown Greensboro.<\/p>\n
